Kathleen O’Malley, an associate with the Janvier Law Firm, attended St. John’s University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She worked as a paralegal in both New York and North Carolina, working the fields of real estate, civil litigation, and elder law, prior to attending Campbell University School of Law. At Campbell, she participated in the Stubbs Bankruptcy Clinic, representing clients before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. In addition, she participated in two Duberstein moot court competitions, which focused on issues in bankruptcy law. She graduated cum laude from Campbell University School of Law in 2016. After graduating, she clerked for the Honorable Linda Stephens, Judge on the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Prior to joining Janvier Law Firm, she worked with the Salines-Mondello Law Firm in Wilmington, North Carolina in the field of estate planning and estate administration. She is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association Bankruptcy and Appellate Practice sections.
